Heal Play Love University- Why Do I Always Attract Losers / Cheaters / The Wrong Type?
Why Do I Always Attract Losers / Cheaters / The Wrong Type? Do You Only Attract Loser Men? Here’s Why and How You Can Stop It. Why You Always Seem To Choose The Wrong Men Why do I always attract losers?
Why do I end up in relationships with the cheater, married, unemployed, narcissist, addicted, emotionally unavailable, or other unsavory type?
I want a real, true committed relationship, but I keep getting the wrong ones. I'm looking for Mr. / Mrs. Right, not Mr. / Mrs. Right Now.
Possible explanation... We tend to attract the types of people who subconsciously remind us of the patterns we learned as children. If we learned to earn love or please others, we will take this into our adult relationships and repeat the same patterns. These patterns - or interaction styles- will only work with someone who has the opposite need / void / dysfunction.
Think about this- someone who is healthy and independent won't want someone who is a doormat. But someone who has issues with domineering and control will love a doormat. (I use the term 'love' loosely here.) So, the way we stop attracting the wrong types of relationships is to work on our own self, to heal the broken pieces, to find compassion and joy within our own self as a single person before getting into any relationship- no matter how good it looks (on the surface).
